1. Leasing Manager
- Possess a recognized Diploma / Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years leasing experience in property / shopping complex
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and reporting skills
- Good command of English, BM and preferably major dialects
- High level of integrity, accountability and able to lead a team
2. Leasing Executive
- At least Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Min 1-2 years experience in leasing of retail properties
- Motivated, independent and good negotiation skills
- Good command of English, BM and preferably major dialects
3. Retail Manager
- At least Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Possess at least 3 years retail experience in fashion and accessories
- Able to lead and motivate staff to achieve sales target
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
