1. Where is your KTM departure hall?
The KTM departure hall is located at Danga City Mall Level 2, which near to our anchor tenant- METROJAYA. You’ll be able to see a KTM ticketing counter over there as well.

2. How much is the train fare?
KTMB is running a promotion currently, only S$3 will be charged if depart from Singapore, RM3 for the return trip. However, for Express Train Service (train number 1, 5 &6), will be SGD5 for travelling from S’pore, RM5 for return trip.
3. How can I purchase the ticket?
For entering to Malaysia, visitors will be able to purchase the tickets from Singapore Tanjung Pagar Railway Station. For shoppers leaving Danga City Mall, level 2 ticketing counter is providing ticket selling service during Friday to Sunday. For Monday to Thursday, just hop on to the train from level 2 Departure Hall and purchase the ticket from KTMB duty officers.
4. How long is the whole journey if I would want to take the KTM service?
The journey, including the passport clearance, will take about one-hour-and-thirty-minutes one way. It’s convenient, fast and easy!
5. How does the custom and immigration check work if I would want to take this service?
Visitors and locals who take the KTM back to Singapore, with only one stop at Woodlands for Customs and Immigrations checking.
6. Can I take the train to other states of Malaysia as well?
Sure! This is a railway service provided by Malayan Railways Berhad (KTM) which will be heading to other states of Malaysia too!
