今年2010虎年三Q妹Suncutemay – 大姐蕙茹SUN，二姐蕙芸CUTE，小妹蕙菁MAY穿着《虎娃娃》的衣裳唱着《财神到》向各位来拜年囖！

NOW THEY ARE HERE IN DANGA CITY MALL

Silang, Cavite, Philippines – Something for which the AIIAS church is greatly proud are the voices of the members of the AIIAS International Youth Chorale (AIYC), with Alwyn Jonathan as conductor, and Paul Almocera occasionally assisting as pianist and as a singing member.

For three years now, the group has been working very hard, practicing during mid-week and on weekends, sometimes during the day and sometimes during the night, honing each of their skills. They’ve been to outreach ministries—singing for the prison ministry and visiting other churches.

On March 26, the AIYC held a farewell gala concert before flying to Indonesia for a full month of concert series and music seminars. The unique features of this concert, setting it apart from their previous ones, were the choreographed witty and fun secular songs. Singing the theme from the sitcom Mr. Bean obviously brought a loud cheer from the audience.

On March 29, the group flew to Jakarta for their appointments and for more learning and missionary work. They were expected to attend a three-day music seminar in East and Central Java Conferences, visit many churches, and sing in school chapel convocations, and attend an AIIAS Alumni Sabbath gathering. Alwyn Jonathan was also scheduled to conduct a National Music Seminar in Bandung with the assistance of the AIYC—which would make them the youngest singing group among the eight groups participating in the seminar.

JOHOR BAHRU (FRIDAY – 4th Dec 2009): It is literally snowing at Danga City Mall (DCM) here!

Thanks to a snow-making machine, visitors to the popular mall can now actually see and feel snow falling from above.

This is among several exciting attractions and events to draw in shoppers for the Christmas shopping season which has already started.

“We will be running the snow making machine daily on an hourly basis. Every day from 3pm onwards, visitors can experience snow for between five and 10 minutes,” said Danga City Mall Sdn Bhd managing director Gary Lee Seaton.

He said the snow machine has been a big hit with both children and adults with scores turning up daily to experience it.

DCM is the first in the south to offer this unique attraction as part of the festivities to celebrate Christmas.

Another major attraction is a four-meter (13-feet) high Christmas tree decorated with blue and white light, which has become a “must stop” place to take photographs.

Also happening now is the Popular Mega Book Fair, which has been drawing huge crowds since its opening on Nov 26. The 11-day event will close on Dec 6.

Danga City Mall which opened in March 2008, is the biggest shopping complex here with 500 retail lots spread over seven floors and with over 500,000 sq ft of retail space. The occupancy rate now is nearly 90 per cent.

The Expo, its latest attraction, is the southern region’s biggest exhibition centre for trade shows. The RM5 million hall offers 32,000 sq ft of floor space, which is big enough to house 300 exhibition booths of 10 feet x 10 feet size.

The column-free and fully air-conditioned hall with on-site parking for 2,000 and wireless Internet capability can be readily customized to create the ideal venue for any large-scale exhibition.
